Am sitting at a local coffee shop and catching up on email and reading of blogs and trying to get it done before my two hour time limit is up.
Took the kids to a movie at the drive-in last night. Actually it was a double feature. Road to Madagascar and Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants. The first one made me want to put nails in eyes (would have been less painful). The second was much better.
We have mice this year. It seems like an entire family (including cousins, aunts, uncles and other hangers on). The owner of the place has given us a humane trap. I love animals and mice are cute but not when their running on your countertop. Yuch.
Anyway we've been swimming and reading. Have finished Garlic and Sapphires. Excellant easy read. Am not sure what I will start on next but I did get the first season of Murphy Brown on DVD and watched some of that. So funny.
Talked to my housesitter. The huntress has left the building and cannot be found. She did this last summer and only came back for good after we had gotten the kitten. She is a cat with issues but loved just the same.
