Stuart Kaminsky/Denial

I just finished reading Denial, which is the third book in the Lew Fonesca series. Lew Fonesca is a widower who lost his wife in a hit and run accident in Chicago. He ends up in Sarasota, Florida as that where his car dies. He serves papers for a living and helps find people/solve crime. The characters are interesting - his sidekick Ames for one. Each book introduces something new on the main character and new characters who seem to fit right in to the story. It is a series that I would read in order as each book builds, though not a lot, on the previous book. Although the books are not a heavy read there is some meat to the stories which make for pleasant reading.
