Cutting the Perfect Tree

Skylark Farm is owned by Washington and Lee University and is off of the Blue Ridge Parkway near mile marker 25. The trees are beautful and at $30 each a bargain even if one has to drive over 40 miles to get there. The weather was clear, views were breathtaking and we found the perfect tree without much effort. It is in the stand with the lights on it and we actually have a tree that does not need magazines under one side of the stand to make it straight.
