On paper November

looks like it promises to be on the dismal side.

A birthday for me, anniversary of a couple of deaths, obligations that could finally cause that ulcer that my body has been trying to create.

But I am also old enough to know that life is what you make of it. Lemonade out of lemons if you will.

So I am watching movies, painting a Christmas village, thinking of Christmas presents to buy or make.

Reading books, petting cats, chasing goofy dogs.

Wishing all of us a pleasant November.

Oh please don't lump your birthday, into Nov. things on the dismal side. Please no! You are way too young to do that.

And no matter what our age number, it's never dismal to have reached another one. ^_^

Sorry about the other things though... Although perhaps one can use the anniversary of deaths, to concentrate on happy memories. Instead of on loss...

And whatever those looming onerous obligations are... -sigh- I just don't believe in doing things which are hurtful to ourselves. And this one, surely sounds as if it feels hurtful, to you. So............

-Be creative.

-Get out of it.

-Side stop it.

-Just say NO.

Whatever you do, please don't just go into it, with resignation. We all need to drop about 99% of our tendency to resignation. And up our tendency to be kind to ourselves, by 110%.
