Yesterday I was lucky enough to see Helen Thomas, Maggie Kilgore and 2 other women on a discussion panel about their books and on being a reporter in today's world vs when they started. Very good discussion. Helen Thomas sat forward in her seat the entire time clearly interested in whatever anyone had to say and really listened. Of course I had her sign my copy of her latest book.

That must have been a wonderful reading. You are really getting out there these days. I feel like a lump on a log.
I go for weeks and do nothing remotely I feel is interesting. This annual book festival is something that I really look forward to. This years festival also happened to have interesting people that I wanted to see.
