Last night was a concert put on by the local band in the common. Felt like a Norman Rockwell painting. Children playing ball behind the bandstand, older people on their blankets or lawn chairs. Neighbors visiting. Small children eating ice cream cones.
Notice the little boy sitting in the vacant seat in the band to the right of the conductor. Just enjoying being a part of it all.
