Last night

S1 was sitting in the front yard in a chair when a small owl flew down and sat in the chair next to him. A magic moment.

Yes, a magic moment. {But not, if one is reading "The Vampire Diaries" by L.J. Smith! >,-)))}

Oh of course I'm kidding, about the book. An author can use an owl, in her story, any way she wants to... But I still love them.

Re: Your reply in my 'Dear you,' blog... "I find myself waiting for something interesting to happen."

Oh my Dear, life is not a novel. We'd never write, if we waited for something "interesting." :-) And a way to get past that is... to read a book of Jane Austen's letters to her sister Cassandra.

She even writes about finding a ribbon, to change the look of a bonnet. Now how is that, for not-really big stuff?!? ,-) But it's precious and a part of her life.

"I love your letters as they are so chatty and fun."

Thank you!!! All I do is sit down and make believe the other person is sitting across the kitchen table from me. And I try to chat. A one way chat,yes. But the other person gets to fill in her part of the chat, in her reply letter.

Somehow, if I was sitting across from someone, I'd come up with something to say. :-) And that's what my letters are... Just chatting with 'Dear you.'

Come now, sit right down and write a little chat to me! What's life like now, with Son 1 home for the summer? And do you have curtains for that wonderful new window, which was put in? Or if not, have you decided on what kind of curtain, you'd like to look for, maybe?

Seeeeeeeeeeeeee... Easy! :-))))

No way! I don't believe it. Nuh, uh. Not possible. You've got no picture to prove it either. lol.

But, I do believe you and I agree... VERY magical. I would live my whole life and never forget a moment like that.
