Found on my floor this afternoon. In honor of my brother and his wife it is safely outside. Oh, Did I mention that is was five inches from tip to tip of the antennae? And look at those feet!!!
We call those guys "hair eaters" around here. Famous for getting tangled in longer hair and the only was to get them out is to grab hold of their crunchy black bodies and pull them out. Ew. Probably explains why girls find them disgusting and boys find them fascinating! They have only started to come out here in the past couple of days. You can hear them chewing the pine trees.
