Germany was playing one of their soccer games when we were in Fussen. As we left the enchanted forest in town there was a roar that sounded like it was coming from a nearby stadium. Except there was no nearby stadium. The roar came from all of the people cheering together from inside their individual homes or at the beer gardens.
