Sew Mama Sew has a wonderful tutorial on its website to make a tic-tac-toe game out of fabric. As my stash is getting large I decided to use some of the pink fabrics that I had to make one for my class of pre-K's. The pattern is quite simple. Instead of using freezer paper for the x and o I used stencils that I already had.
Valentine's Day was the test. I had quite a few children want to learn the game during free play, and compliments from coworkers. A definite winner.

Such a terrific idea, and it is just beautiful. Most appealing.
