Snow

Monday afternoon, while driving S1 back to school, NPR was talking about the winners for the Nobel Prize for Physics and Economics. The talk then went to speculation on who would win the prize for literature. My first thought was that Orhan Pamuk should win and I am delighted to see in today's paper that he did. I read his book Snow, which though a hard read was very good. Also very good is the article on him in today's Washington Post. I will be reading more of his works.
