My class of 3 year olds met today. A couple of the children were calling me by my coteacher's name. It's understandable as her name is easier for a little one to pronounce.
One little boy looked at me and said "Miss T________."
I looked at the child and said "I'm not Miss T______. Who is that teacher over there?" (pointing at Miss T_____).
The little boy said "Miss T__________"
"Now what is my name?" I asked.
His reply "Not Miss T_______."

I'd settle for Not Miss T these days.
